1. Properly Clean And Disinfect Regularly.

It is very important to properly clean and disinfect everything you touch regularly in the office. Every day when you come into the office grab a few disinfectant wipes and wipe off the place you work at. Especially during this time of COVID-19, you must take these steps to ensure safety for you and all your colleagues.

You need to create an emergency response plan for various situations that are more likely to happen. Like in the case of a fire everyone should know what to do. Conduct emergency drills for everyone in the office to know that they are ready. In places that are prone to fire, it is important that everyone remember exactly what to do. Business buildings are the same way. Emergency drills are the safest way to ensure that everyone remembers what to do in case of a crisis.

9. COVID-19 Safety

The Government has lifted the lockdown and allowed all businesses to open. This doesn’t change the fact that COVID-19 is still here. Due to the summer now we have mosquitoes as well carrying the West Nile virus. For the office buildings, the CDC issued a guideline that needs to be followed. In offices, the air conditioner is turned on so the chances of mosquitoes are reduced but due to an enclosed space, the coronavirus travels quicker. The summer is increasingly hotter every year which is why it is important to keep yourself hydrated. Even if you are in an office building with the air conditioning running it is important to keep hydrated. There are a lot of cases in which people are affected by the heat. It is important that you watch out for these signs, it may mean they are having a heat stroke.
